This petition has been filed for seeking directions to the respondents for conducting a fair, logical, transparent and impartial investigation in the FIR No.208 dated 21.05.2022 registered under Sections 307, 120-B and 34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Hathin, Palwal, through some senior police officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or through some independent investigating agency.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law.
