Service is waived, as Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner-association was allotted a plot which did not include an area of about 412 sq meters. An undertaking was sought by the respondents from the petitioner that they would take the 412 sq meters in the event if it being available in future. The petitioner's case is that the part of the larger plot admeasuring only 412 sq meters is now available. They, therefore, seek possession of that part as well. A demand/representation to this effect was lastly made by a letter dated 27.09.2015 (Annexure P-9).

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take a decision on the demand/representation as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In the event of the plot admeasuring 412 sq meters not having otherwise been dealt with, the respondents shall maintain status quo in respect thereof till they take a decision and for a period of two weeks after the service of the decision upon the petitioner.
