(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by filing appropriate application in the proceedings, which petitioner had already initiated seeking relief under the Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran.
