Mr. Ashok Singh Chaudhary, Addl. A.G., Haryana. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 0060 dated 17.1.2020 under Section 10 of Immigration Act, Section 420 IPC and later on added Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any money was received by the petitioner nor she has forged any document and she has been falsely involved in this case by complainant Pankaj. He further submits that the alleged transaction took place between the complainant and co-accused Ravinder and Vishal and the petitioner has been implicated in the present case on the disclosure statement suffered by co-accused Ravinder and Vishal. He further submits that the petitioner has been granted bail in five other case and she has been in custody since GURPREET SINGH 2021.02.10 16:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that there are specific allegations of handing over the money to the petitioner and other co-accused. Moreover, there are 19 other cases pending against the petitioner at different police stations.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State counsel.

As per the prosecution case, the complainant was induced to pay Rs. 19,50,000/- for sending him Australia on study visa. However, on checking, the said visa was found to be fake. Thereafter, the complainant demanded for refund of the amount but he was given only Rs. 10.00 lacs and was also threatened by the accused persons. The petitioner along with other co-accused have duped the complainant on the pretext of sending him abroad fraudulently by showing a forged visa. Moreover, there are 19 other cases pending against the petitioner. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature.

No ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out. The petition is dismissed.
