(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide its petition filed under Section 3 read with Sections 27 and 89 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 which is pending before them and listed for 30.09.2021. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the authorities concerned shall take up the matter on 30.09.2021 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
