Only grievance of the petitioners is that they have not been paid enhanced compensation received by the Society in lieu of acquisition.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4-Society disputes this averment. According to him, compensation which was due to the petitioners has already been paid to them. Keeping in view certain disputed questions of fact which have been raised in this petition, it is directed that Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab may look into grievance of the petitioners and passed appropriate orders.
