The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.62, dated 21.02.2021 registered for offence under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 377, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Old Sabzi Mandi, Rohtak.

CRM-M-39758-2021 (O&M) --2-- It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel has endorsed the same and submitted that petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the order dated 23.09.2021 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the petition stands allowed.
