  Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.168 dated 20.08.2021, registered at Police Station Tibba, District Ludhiana, under Sections 326 (added subsequently), 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 22.09.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-39500-2021 /2/ Since the petitioners have joined investigation, filing of the affidavit by the State, in compliance of the order dated 22.09.2021, is dispensed with.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 22.09.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
