-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Case of petitioner is that by virtue of award of Labour Court dated 16.11.2011, petitioner has been reinstated but not paid wages on D.C. Rates.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana has drawn attention of this Court of Court to para 4 of preliminary submission of written statement saying that `326.82 per day, as per notification dated 15.5.2018 issued by Labour Commissioner, Haryana are being paid to petitioner, which is equivalent to D.C. Rates, thus, grievance of petitioner stands redressed.

I am of the view that once petitioner is being paid wages, which comes to amount prescribed under Minimum Wages Act and D.C. rates are also at par, there cannot be any grievance.
