       This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of sole arbitrator for adjudication of the dispute that has arisen between the parties from the agreement entered into between them on 02.07.2014. In view of the previous order dated 14.10.2022 passed by this Court, necessary declaration as required under Section 12 of the Act was called from Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal, former Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court, and the same has been received and placed before this Court.

In these circumstances, Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal, former Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.

Application stands disposed of.
