(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Principal with effect from 11.01.2023, the date when his junior was promoted along with all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 08.04.2025, Annexure P-3, in a specified period. 3.
