After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the Court of competent jurisdiction to challenge order dated 01.06.2019 (Annexure P6), passed by the learned Special Judge, Chandigarh, whereby charges were framed. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
