(ORAL) This order shall dispose of RFA No. 2028 of 2009 and four connected appeals* Learned counsel for the parties fairly submit at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 14.5.2010, rendered by this Court in the case of State of Haryana v. Smt. Shanti Devi and others (RFA No. 2929 of 2008) as also other connected matters, vide which the appeals preferred by the State as well as the land owners were dismissed.

That being so, these appeals are also dismissed in terms of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Smt. Shanti Devi and others (supra).
