The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the orders dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Writ Court in CWP No.851 of 2025 (Annexure P-9) and dated 05.05.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Contempt PARUL VERMA 2026.05.25 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-16349-2025 Court in COCP No.1714 of 2025 (Annexure P-12). The petitioners further seek directions to the respondents to permit them to continue in service and to release the arrears of salary along with regular salary within a stipulated time frame.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternate remedy available to him in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
