The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance a directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take lawful action against the private persons, who are harassing petitioner and causing hindrances in her day to day activities with the help and support of local political patronage. Notices served upon the official respondents No. 1 to 3 through the State's counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) within the time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural) to decide the representation dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) by passing a speaking order within thirty working days from today.

In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, she shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. Petition is allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
