CWP-27993-2022 came up for hearing before a coordinate Bench on 06.12.2022 wherein, while issuing notice of motion, the following interim order was passed:- "Till the next date of hearing, no order causing prejudice to the petitioner be passed on the basis of the enquiry, which is being conducted in pursuance to the order dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-17)." 2.

Alleging wilful disobedience thereof, the petitioner instituted COCP-226-2023 wherein, a specific affidavit was filed that no order causing prejudice to the petitioner had been passed on the basis of the enquiry which was being conducted. In that view of the matter, the contempt petition was disposed of as having been rendered infructuous vide order dated 04.05.2023. 3.

Now the petitioner has instituted the instant contempt petition with the same grievance.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Virender Singh Godara, Assistant Director-cum-Inquiry Officer of the Director Elementary Education Department, Haryana which was filed in the Registry, is taken on record along with other replies filed in the Registry. It has been submitted in the reply VIKAS CHANDER 2026.01.30 09.05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document





filed by way of short affidavit of Sh. Jagpal, Section Officer that though the enquiry has been completed, no adverse order has been passed in contravention of the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in CWP-27993-2022. 5.

That being so, no wilful disobedience of any order is found on the part of the respondents. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
