Service is waived, as Mr. Rahul Dev Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. This petition is similar to CWP-14430-2015 titled as M/s Behari Lal and Sons and others Vs State of Haryana and others which we disposed of by our order and judgement dated 25.08.2015. In this case also, the statutory appeals filed by the petitioners are pending. 2.

In these circumstances, in respect of two sites status quo shall be maintained by the parties. The allocation of the sites would depend upon outcome of the appeals.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to add that the auction, therefore, shall not be in respect of at least two sites. This would be in addition to similar orders in other matters. (S.J.
