(ORAL) CM-15224-CII of 2019 Through this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, prayer has been made for condonation of 20 days' delay in filing the revision. Heard.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 20 days in filing the revision is condoned. CR-4564 of 2019 Petitioner-bank after the order of its eviction dated 05.02.2019 by the learned Rent Controller in a petition under Section 13 of the Haryana Urban (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1974 (in short the 'Act') from the demised shop i.e. SCO No.23, Sector 11, Panchkula, and affirmation of the same by the Appellate Authority vide order dated 30.03.2019 has come before this Court for extension of time to vacate the demised shop, which was to be vacated upto 04.08.2019 as per direction of the Appellate RAVINDER SINGH 2019.07.29 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CR-4564 of 2019 (O&M) Authority on the ground that petitioner-bank has already taken some other property on rent, but some time would be consumed in construction of strong room, process of furnishing and electrical work. Heard.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the location of shop situated in Sector 11 of Panchkula, which is a commercial hub, petitioner is allowed to retain possession of the same upto 31.12.2019, subject to payment of mesne profits @ `2.00 lakh per month w.e.f. 05.08.2019. In case, petitioner-bank vacates the demised shop prior to 31.12.2019, in that eventuality it shall be liable to pay aforesaid mesne profits till the date of vacation only. Disposed of.
