Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the official respondent(s) to permit the petitioner to get the sale deed registered in his name qua the property bearing Property ID No.3LE40631, situated in Amargarh Colony (Gamri), Karnal Road, Kaithal.

The learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4, on instructions imparted to him by Mr. Deepak Kumar, Executive Officer, M.C. Kaithal, informs this Court that, now the property in question falls within the ambit of "approved area", therefore, in case, the petitioner approaches the competent authority concerned, by fulfilling all the statutory requirements, his case for grant of "No Objection Certificate" would be considered.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of DEVINDER YADAV 2025.05.26 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
