(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 (Chief Canal Officer, DWS, Haryana Irrigation and WR Department, Sinchai Bhawan, Sector 6, Panchkula) to fix date of hearing in the appeal preferred by the petitioner against order dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-16).

Pursuant to the advance copy of petition, having been supplied to the State, Mr. Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State. He, on instructions from Mr. Chandirbhan, Ziledar, Irrigation Department, Hisar, submits that the above referred appeal preferred by the petitioner against order dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-16) is fixed for hearing on 21.06.2025 and the same would be considered and decided by the concerned Authority/Officer in accordance with law.
