(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to judgment dated 06.06.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panipat in CIS No. CHI/911/2014 whereby accused/respondent No.1 has been acquitted from the charges under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC as well as impugned judgment dated 01.09.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 06.06.2018, has been dismissed. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
