The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release his differential amount for the period of suspension. 2.

The petitioner claims that he was suspended with effect from 24.06.2023 and was reinstated with effect from 01.01.2024. He was issued charge sheet on 03.05.2023, however, no further proceedings took place and he was reinstated. As no departmental proceedings are pending or contemplated, he is entitled to full salary for the period of suspension. 3.
