This is second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.476 dated 12.09.2018 under Sections 376, 363, 366-A IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Ganaur, District Sonipat.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
