After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, but a direction be issued to the trial Court that on petitioner-accused surrendering there and moving an application for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously.
The present petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. It is observed that in case of petitioner surrendering in the trial Court within 10 days from today and moving an application for regular bail, the same be disposed of by the trial Court expeditiously. A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court through concerned District and Sessions Judge, for information and necessary action.
