On the asking of the Court, Mr. Anshul Gupta, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and waives service on them. The matter relates to pension the payment of which has been held up. The petitioner retired on January 31, 2015. DCRG has also not being paid to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply four sets of the paper book to Mr. Gupta by tomorrow failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to call for a reply from the respondents to know their stand since the field is covered by several judgments, the copies of which have been MANJU 2015.02.13 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CWP No.2323 of 2015 -2attached with this petition including the decision in CWP No.738 of 2009, Manjeet Kaur and others vs. The State of Punjab & others decided on December 01, 2009, the directions of which has been implemented qua those petitioners. It is claimed that the matter is squarely covered by these decisions.

Mr. Gupta expresses his reservation on their being pat on the point.

Nevertheless, in the circumstances, I direct respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, by keeping in view the decision of this Court in CWP No.738 of 2009 (supra).

No order as to costs.
