(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents No.5 to 7 to transfer the licence of site No.6 in rehri market in the name of the petitioner and further prayer has been made for directing respondents No.5 to 7 not to demolish the booth of the petitioner. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation raising the grievance as raised in the writ petition. It was submitted that time-bound direction may be issued to decide the same. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
