This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.09.2020 (Annexure P7). 2.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of affidavit dated 06.07.2023 of the petitioner which is taken on record as Mark A, whereby she accepted that the benefits regarding the maternity leave have been received by her and she would withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
