(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that they have not been given the pay wages for the year 2014-15 and 2015-16 as per prevailing DC rates for the period 01.06.2014 to 31.08.2016, in view of judgment passed by this Court in a CWP No. 22428-14 titled as Rajesh Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.05.2016 and CWP No. 7086-2015 titled as Kuldeep Singh and others v. DHBVN and CWP No. 25997-2016 titled as Mahavir Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others.

The petitioners have submitted their legal notice dated 28.08.2017 (Annexure P-11), which is still pending. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of the above position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to look in to the legal notice dated 28.08.2017 (Annexure P-11) of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
