IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH 217A RSA No. 1469 of 2008 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 15.01.2026 Tehal Singh ...Appellant

Versus

Major Singh

...Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.

*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.

None is present on behalf of the appellant. Notice was issued to the appellant which was received back duly served but even thereafter none has come present to pursue the appeal. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.

2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.

3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
