**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the contract has been awarded to a bidder. Accordingly, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action and by laying the challenge to the allotment of the tender to the allottee.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
