(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide Appeals No.515/Cus/Appl/Ldh/2015, dated 30.12.2015 (Annexure P-3) and 516/Cus/Appl/Ldh/2015, dated 30.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner and have already been finally heard on 12.01.2016.
