(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide Appeals No.515/Cus/Appl/Ldh/2015, dated 30.12.2015 (Annexure P-3) and 516/Cus/Appl/Ldh/2015, dated 30.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner and have already been finally heard on 12.01.2016.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage.
