The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of impugned notices dated 06.04.2016, 28.06.2016 and 14.09.2016 (Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-4, respectively) issued under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFEASI Act'). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies under the provisions of the SARFEASI Act.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
