Learned counsel for the appellants submits that total land acquired was 93 kanals 5 marlas and learned Executing Court while calculating apportionment of deposited amount towards compensation has taken 85 kanals 15 marlas of area, as the compensation with regard to the remaining land was stayed. Now the stay has been vacated and the appellant be given liberty to approach the Executing Court for compensation of remaining acquired land beyond 85 kanals 15 marlas. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if this liberty is allowed.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to claim the compensation of remaining acquired land beyond 85 kanals 15 marlas regarding which full compensation has already been paid and execution has already been dismissed as satisfied.
