(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order has been passed by the Public Utility Service, Permanent Lok Adalat, at the back of the petitioners as they were not impleaded as party to the case. The statement made by Sub Divisional Officer will affect their rights. Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach Public Utility Service, Permanent Lok Adalat. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. If appropriate application is moved by the petitioners, Public Utility Service, Permanent Lok Adalat shall look into the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with law.
