Present petition is directed against the order passed by the authority under the Act whereby it has directed to supply requisite information to respondent no. 2. Order has been challenged on the ground that it is not clear as to what specific information has to be supplied to him. This court finds the petition misconceived. Petitioner-Corporation was granted opportunity of hearing before the Commission. It could have sought necessary clarification from the same Forum. Besides, application moved by the applicant is on record. Corporation is, thus, at liberty to act in accordance with the decision render by the Commission on the basis of application filed by the applicant. No ground to interfere in writ jurisdiction is made out. Dismissed.
