SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The land of the petitioners situated within the revenue estate of villages Asawarpur/Patla and Badhkhalsa, Tehsil and District Sonepat was acquired by State of Haryana vide Award dated 02.03.2006. Meanwhile, State of Haryana formulated a Policy dated 07.12.2007 for allotment of residential plots to the 'Oustees', namely, whose land was acquired. Petitioners also applied for allotment of plots under the 'Oustees' category alongwith requisite earnest money. It is their case that they are pursuing the applications and eventually draw of lots has also been held on 22.06.2018, i.e. after six years in which they have been held successful for allotment of plots. However, no allotment letters are being issued and the rate of allotment sought to be charged from them, is also stated to be highly exorbitant and not at par with similarly placed allottees. CWP-17041-2018 -2this regard served HUDA authorities with a Legal Notice on 04.06.2018(P8) but finding no response thereto, the instant writ petition has been filed. [2] Having heard leaned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the nature of relief sought by them, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to verify the above-stated claim of the petitioners and if the facts, as pleaded by them are correct, let the allotment letters be issued to them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Similarly, the petitioners' claim regarding allotment of such plots at lower rate be considered and if it is not found acceptable, let a speaking order in this regard be passed within four months.
