CRWP-5814-2025 -2consequences in case he did not succumb to their illegal and unlawful demand of surrendering his shares in their favour in the respective firms. He has also submitted that the petitioner had also filed representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, but till date no action has been taken.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he would be satisfied, in case, the pending representation (Annexure P-4) is decided by respondent No.2. Notice of motion.

Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that she has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) is decided.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, to look into the representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-4), at the earliest, regarding threat perception and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law, to ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioner is not jeopardized at the hands of the private respondent No.4 to 11. However, it will have no effect on any civil or criminal action, which could be initiated in the matter in accordance with law.

Disposed of.
