SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) Land of the petitioner measuring 5 bighas 10 biswas situated within the revenue estate of village Gurgaon, District Gurgaon, fully described in para 2 of the petition was acquired by State of Haryana vide Award dated 14.01.1988. The petitioner is said to have applied on 10.07.2015 under the 'Oustees Policy' in response to 'Public Notice' for allotment of a plot alongwith demand draft of `50,000/-. It is alleged that no decision has been taken on the application so far. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any views on merits of the claim, more so when there is nothing on record to show that Oustees of 1988 are also entitled to such allotment, but keeping in view the specific plea taken by the petitioner that he had submitted an application (Annexure P1) in response to the 'Public Notice' dated 25.06.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Meenu 2018.07.25 13:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
