Present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is challenge to the order dated 04.07.2018 (Annexure P6) and posting order dated 29.05.2017 (Annexure P7) on the ground that the same are illegal and against the Rules mentioned in the Rules Book (Annexure P8). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has already made representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P9) before the competent authority, but the same is still pending with the respondents. In view of the grounds taken in the writ petition, this Court considered that proper remedy would be to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent(s) to look into the representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P9) expeditiously, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
