It is the contention of the petitioner that the impugned report was made without conducting a proper survey and thus a wrong finding has been recorded in the impugned report with regard to location of the crushing unit of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Board states that one after the other, several surveys have been conducted and even the report given in the final survey does not go in favour of the petitioner. Be that as it may, in view of the subsequent report which has come on record in pursuance of an order passed by this Court, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Board to reconsider and decide the matter in the light of the latest report or any other material RAJEEV THAKRAL 2015.01.28 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
