As per the office report, the respondent has been served with the notice of the petition, however, he remains unrepresented. On 11.07.2024, the following order was passed:- "The applicant-wife has filed the present application for seeking transfer of the divorce petition, filed at the instance of the respondenthusband, which is pending in Family Court Sonipat, to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Guhla. It is submitted by learned counsel that two daughters born from the wedlock of the parties, are presently in the custody of the applicant-wife. In these circumstances, it is difficult for the applicant to pursue the litigation at Sonipat, which is at a distance of 180 kilometers from Guhla. Also, it is submitted that petition filed by the applicant, for seeking DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2024.09.16 14:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document maintenance under Section 144 of the Bhartiya Nagarik

Transfer Application No. 800 of 2024 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is pending in the Family Court (Camp Court), Guhla.

For the reasons noticed in the order dated 11.07.2024, the present petition is allowed. The petition bearing No. DMC 444/2024, presently pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonipat, is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kaithal, Camp Court at Guhla. The transferor Court is requested to remit the file to the transferee Court, forthwith, after informing the learned counsel representing the respondent-husband. The parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 04.10.2024.
