None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 12.07.2023. Thereafter the matter could not be taken up on two occasions due to heavy Board. On 05.02.2025 again no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The case was adjourned to today. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present regular second appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
