Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner - Shanker Parshad Gupta (workman), for the purpose of seeking enhancement of the amount of back-wages, awarded by the learned Labour Court-III, Faridabad (respondent No.1), vide its award dated 12.09.2012 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite making best efforts, neither the petitioner has approached to her to deliver necessary instructions, nor she could succeed to effect service upon respondent No.2. Thus, in the absence of any instructions, she expreses her inability to assist the Court.

In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
