Since it is a disputed question of fact and the petitioner is already said to have represented the authorities in this regard, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3 & 5 to ascertain the correct facts as early as possible but not later than one week from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order and proceed accordingly.
