**  ,    This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for direction to respondent nos.2 to 4 to take legal action on complaint dated 28.06.2020 (P01) submitted by petitioner by way of registering FIR against Charanjit Singh and other persons nominated in the complaint and further to conduct fair and proper investigation in the mater. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to him under law.
