As a result of civil dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent, the compensation amount for the acquired land has been deposited by the National Highways Authority of India with the Court of District Judge, Patiala.
The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach that Court and establish their claim for the deposited amount. Learned District Judge shall resolve the dispute after hearing both the parties, expeditiously.
