Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition was adjourned sine die and was ordered to be put up after decision of CWP No.130 of 2015 titled 'M/s Pankaj Enterprises and others vs State of Haryana and others'. Admittedly, CWP No.130 of 2015 has been decided in a bunch case in which CWP No.26401 of 2014 titled 'M/s Mahadev Parsad Manoj Kumar vs State of Haryana and others' is a lead case.
