Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that claim made in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.26596 of 2017 titled as "Sital Organics Private Ltd. Vs. Union of India and others". The only further prayer made in the present petition is that date of hearing before the competent authority directed in the aforesaid order was today i.e. 16.07.2018 and therefore, fresh date of hearing be given. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Sital Organics Private Ltd.'s case (supra) with the modification PANKAJ KUMAR 2018.07.18 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
