SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The petitioners are three Saw mills said to be operating in village Dhanas, UT, Chandigarh. The petitioners admittedly raised unauthorised construction without getting the building plan sanctioned from the Estate Office or the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh. The unauthorised construction has since been demolished by the authorities in their drive to remove encroachments. We see no ground to entertain the writ petition in such like matter and leave it open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy including to approach the authorities for sanctioning of drawings, if any construction is permissible.
