**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 33 dated 24.5.2019, registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 326, 506, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station City Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Vide order dated 4.10.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and he was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.10.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him.

CRM-M No. 30856 of 2019 -2FIR is under Section 307 IPC and grievous injury has been attributed to petitioner Uttam Puri though he is a juvenile. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 4.10.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
